Job Duties

We are seeking self-motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our collaborative and dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction,as well as a variety of tasks to keep up with client accounts, including, but not limited to, making status request calls, data entry, answering and directing phone calls, assisting with report preparation, maintaining office policies and procedures, and providing general support to potential client visitors. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience as an account manager, proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high school degree (with additional qualifications in account management a plus). This is a full-time role, with a schedule of 5 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting at a competitive salary of $32k a year.

• Maintain Account/Client satisfaction
• Update clients on their files and statuses
• Call insurance companies to discuss client files
• Status Request Calls
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Document Submission
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to potential client visitors.
